With regard to new building of 18,500dwt Heavy Cargo Carrier(ship-owner - Kwangyang Marine & builder - Zhejiang Zengzhou Shipbuilding Co.) term sheet was signed and issued by Chinese EXIM Bank confirming major terms and conditions of the ship finance.

And SINOSURE also has issued Letter of Intent on January 6, 2015 to cover CEXIM Bank’s finance for 10 years.

MASTEK has arranged the loan from CEXM Bank for Kwangyang Marine.
