MASTEK has signed the contract with STX offshore & shipbuilding for acquisition of STX Busan shipyard at STX head office.

With this contract MASTEK has realized its long cherished dream doing ship building based on its own engineering.

Now MASTEK has set up entire range of ship building backed up by full scale of engineering (basic/ detail/ production) which has been MASTEK’s proven expertise for a long time.

With some refurbishment work the shipyard will be reborn as a new shipyard of Mastek Heavy Industries in its name and reality.

The MASTEK shipyard will accommodate new building & ship repair and will diversify to offshore industry in the near future.
